We would like to make your return process as easy as possible. Our guarantee to you is that if you wish to return OmDetox products for any reason, you may contact us via email@example.com and send your unopened item back to us postmarked within 30 days from the invoice date. We cannot accept returns on sale or promotional items. Returns will not be accepted for items where seals have been broken. A return and restocking fee of 5$ will be deducted from all returned items. Claims of any damaged products shall be accompanied by photographs of the damaged products and the corresponding shipping label.
- All shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer, unless it is the error of OmDetox. Any refused or non-deliverable packages will be canceled upon receipt and will be subject to a return-shipping fee by the carrier and this fee will be deducted from the refund amount for the products. Original shipping is non-refundable.
- We are not able to honour requests for store credits.
- Returned items must be in their original and undamaged packaging.

All discrepancies, shortages, broken merchandise and any requests for returns must be made within 30 days of the issued invoice date. Any requests for compensation or remediation will not be accepted after 30 days of the invoice date.
As all natural materials, such as food, herbs and spices, OmDetox products can be subject to insect infestation.
OmDetox uses several control methods to guarantee that every item shipped from our warehouse is completely free of live insects and parasitic activity.
While we do our best to ensure the cleanliness of our products, this does not mean that the products you purchased from OmDetox will stay pest free during the tenure of your ownership. Please observe good storage guidelines, and if minor insect infestation is found, freeze immediately.
OmDetox will offer a full refund for any items which are found to contain pests within a 30 day period. Any items infested after this period of time will become the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
How to request a refund for your unopened product(s)
The first step of the refund process is to contact us about your return. Please email us at email@example.com with your request for a return.

- The unopened items you plan on returning that were purchased within 45 days

Once we receive and review your note you will receive an email with details on how to ship the product back to us.
