What is colon cleansing

The water will gradually enter your rectum and fill your colon, permitting proper elimination. Enemas are better performed twice daily during our 7 day program because fasting is involved. Without any bowel movement, it is important to rid the body of all the toxins that have been dumped in the colon.
How to do the colon cleansing at home
An Enema is a gentle and effective colon cleansing method that requires two litres of water at body temperature. This process will ensure that all the toxins that you are releasing through fasting are eliminated. It will clean out toxic deposits that have been accumulating on the colon walls over the years. The enema will be retained for a short period of time, until both water and faeces are eliminated with the natural peristaltic movement of the body. How to massage the colon
Massaging will help you relax and move the water further up the colon. You can see on the picture at the top of the page that the large intestine has a very special shape. Start massaging the sigmoid colon under the belly button and move towards the lower left side. Move up on the descending colon, towards the left rib cage, then across. Gently massage the transverse colon under the rib cage, from left to right. Continue on the ascending colon, down the right side of the abdomen.
After you have retained the liquid for several minutes, sit on the toilet and relax. It might take a while and a few releases to empty the entire colon. Be patient. Do not be alarmed by the odour of the water. The accumulation of solidified and putrefied food over the years will make this bowel movement smell a little bit worse than what you are used to. It is better out than in!
