We endeavour to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will not be shipped until the following Monday.

International orders are sometimes subject to a customs fee.  Customers are responsible for paying the customs and import duties.  We are not able to predict what these charges will be.  Customers should contact the local customs office to determine the costs.  It is the customer’s full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures of the country prior to placing an order. OmDetox is not responsible for items that are stopped at your customs office, it is the customers responsibility to verify if your countries customs will accept the product(s) into your destination country. In the event of additional fees assessed to an order, the local Customs authority will contact the receiver directly.

Returned items because they have not been collected at your local post, will not be shipped again until shipping is paid for again.  International shipping does not always have up-to-date tracking services, OmDetox is not always able to track the exact location of your package.  We will do what we can to find your package if it is lost.


Delivery times vary for international shipping.  Your country’s customs might hold the package longer than expected, this is not the responsibility of the shipping service, OmDetox or the customer.  This is out of our control and we appreciate your patience when this happens.

Canadian customers

Canada Post does not track regular shipping methods once the item has arrived on Canadian soil. Tracking for Canadian customers is only available with express post shipping. Canada Post is not able to find your package once it has passed Canadian customs. Items shipped to Canada can take longer than 25 business days because Canada Post does not track international parcels with regular shipping methods.
