I spend a lot of time telling you about what I think you should eat in order to be healthy. But there’s more to being healthy than what we put into our mouth… The air in your home also needs to be healthy!

No matter how often you clean your home, toxins in the air are hard to get rid of. They’re always there.

They can cause allergic reactions and all sorts of illness.

But there are houseplants that are able to remove impurities from the air while adding serenity of your environment.

You can give yourself greater peace of mind and cleaner air to breathe just by adding any of these plants to your home.

1. Boston Fern

Boston Ferns are the most efficient air-cleaning plants you can get… And they’re also easy to find.

They’re available for purchase everywhere and usually very cheap to buy… chances are that even your supermarket sells Boston Ferns.

Keeping a Boston Fern healthy is very simple: Water it regularly and give it a dose of plant food once a month. If you live in a dry area such as California, you should also mist it once a day.
